Certificate of Licenses

I am a fully licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certified by the Board of Engineers Cambodia (BEC) and hold an official Design Certificate issued by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC). At the regional level, I am recognized as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) under the ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer Coordinating Committee (ACPECC) and an ASEAN Engineer by the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO). These credentials authorize full legal authority for structural design, peer review, drawing endorsement, and statutory compliance submissions for complex commercial, residential, and high-rise developments across Cambodia and the broader ASEAN region.
