Established in 2016, BIM A.E.C is an engineering consultancy and digital delivery practice specializing in high-rise building design and multi-disciplinary Building Information Modeling (BIM). Backed by project delivery experience spanning Cambodia, Singapore, and Russia, we integrate structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines into data-rich, constructible virtual models.

BIM A.E.C operates under full regulatory accreditation, holding a Design Certificate from the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, a Professional Engineer (PE) license from the Board of Engineers Cambodia (BEC), and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) credentials registered under the ASEAN MRA framework.
